I’ve a problem. I’m a habitual compulsive collector, what u call it as a borderline hoarder /MPK/DBKL. My house is clutter with so many rubbish, info & papers.

1. What do I eat?

     I eat physical food in real world. Other foods I take much more frequently are food for thoughts or brain and imaginary foods; much less on virtual foods etc.

2. Where does my food come from?

   What my mom cooks and buys is where my food comes from. On weekdays, mom always buys fresh food at nearby morning markets (wet and dry). She’ll prepare it by evening. It also comes from my brain and online FB games.

3. What is the cost of getting food to my table?

Of thrice meals per day, the average cost of food is circa rm 4 per meal. Other costs are energy and time.

4. How does food impact me?

It impacts me on various aspects. It drives me physiologically, nutritionally, and psychologically. It gives various impacts on my body’s processes, including immunity, biochemical, recycle, osmotic, cyclic, (ir)reversible, regulation, maintenance, cellular generation and energy conversion process.

My food for thoughts or brain serves to raise my all Qs, be it IQ, EQ or SQ. My imaginary foods (eg infotainment) aroused my feelings and mentally stimulate me in many ways. My virtual foods killed my boredom and become a large part of me.

5. How does the food I eat affect the world?

I felt really sad that some places have abundance of food and people just eat it more than they can. At the same time, many poor men throughout the world are starving to death. Poor-related diseases and hunger- related diseases kill countless of men. It would be great if the excess edible food could be reached to those who need it more. Though such leftover might not get wasted by stray animals who’ll devoured it, I believe higher animals and greater creatures like human need it more. I’d like to contributes food for the poor, especially to those persons I knew of, be it the type of handsome, pretty, good, fair, innocent, or sexy one. Poor people are everywhere in every nook and corner of Earth.

                My abstract food is by large unknown to many people, but definitely is in cyber world. Thus it doesn’t affect much, except to psychics (of all time), o-God etc. My thoughts if read by normal people, will led them into insanity and various other possible outcome of negative feelings. Only God, demi-goddes, semi-god or any of his variants could empathy it. My e-foods were used to feed my digimon, pokemon, Sailormoon and Dragon Balls.

6. Why do I eat what I eat?

It’s because those food (both raw and cooked) are brought or cooked by mom. Like it or not, I’ve to eat it to satiate my hunger. She knows I won’t use my money to pay for own’s bill when we eating out. I came from a quite poor family background. Thus only decent meals are affordable, let alone high-class or expensive food. As a young adult, I eat what I like, without much thoughts poured into long-term boon and banes.

Nightmare of degree again!

During my BSc (Hons) study (even now too), an undergraduate needs to pass every subject at first attempt, and completed his assigments and final dissertations by a deadline. An honors candidate also must not have any disciplinary record. Failing a subject means a student had to repeat the course regardless of whether he passed the other modules. Every now & then, I still get nightmares due to my incessant worries & panick of exams.

My maternal grandparent’s from Wen chang, Hainan but paternal granddad’s from neighbouring area Qiong hai, Hainan.

Today I was diagnosed as suffered from acute Pericoronitis. All bcoz of yellowish dental plaque. Maybe I should do removal of the wisdom tooth (extraction) or debridement. Coz my molar tooth (48) does not erupts fully into the mouth.

Program STAR/insep ni agak berkesan kecuali beberapa bahagian. Kelas Inggeris sepatutnya ajar the scientific aspect of english, tapi diajar & reprimanded pulak on grad’s tatatertib, attitude, etc. All these attitudes are common sense. Very insulting to grads when we r reprimanded as such. Program 5S, de bono lateral thinking is so-so & ok lah. Trad. Shoe making by Hanim, taklah bagus sgt. Garang betul. Materials, mesin2 jahit all not user-friendly. Lasts sendiri kene bayar plak. Hanim tak ajar dgn terancang. Tiada nilai2 kesabaran & pedagogi padanya. Tindakan MFMA & ultimate collection membuang I taklah bijak sgt. Cuma I tangguh 1.5 bulan je sedangkan pelajar lain tangguh 1 bulan pun tak kena ape2 pon. I Cuma tangguhkan time grad jer. I tak kisah 1.5 bulan tu tak dpt gaji but.

Dahlah trainings by shrdc lau yah & tak berbaloi, ini pula nak caj students in advance & agrrement with government plak. Mind shrdc tht “If trainee stop when payment is being done, shrdc/pptms is responsible to pay back to ptpk” *Evil bitchy laugh*. Kemudahan di shrdc sgt teruk. Kurang/jauhnya Chinese food, no library, gyms, pools, kemudahan sukan, PC labs, free printing, scanning, 4 cent fotostating etc. Selaku cust, rep. of shrdc pls take note of these suggestions, as for yr utmost improvements.

I underwent 2mths training in Cert Outsourcing specialists specialize in Finance & Acctg. I underwent 2mths of Shoe making & designing in SHRDC under insep/star program. The course content provider (GTT, Global track talent from India) didn’t have correct & up to dated syllabus.  The person in charge also didn’t teach properly although web-cam can be provided. No bonus points. And some of the BPO questions we didn’t managed to be taught properly too, although it might (will) be in LMS. I hope that all those responsible will create a much better value proposition for student-cum-customer.

Students hope tht we could have hands-on experience with ERP software applications or even SAP implementation system at MSc Co., eg Microsoft_Dynamics, but MDEC didn’t provide the platform. Just rangfei 让飞 my hard-effort embedded knowledge only :C.. Also hope too tht we could have hands-on experience with Fin Acctg projects outsourced from 3^rd party & others. MS Excel, Mrs Nora didn’t teach us at all. Tak serious ajar, pasang lagu dlm classes thus creating an unsuitable environment, said d answer given is like that (tak explain betul2), not decisive of whether unpaid salary is Expense or liability, etc. Most of final questions were from MDEC assestment 1&2, LMS’s assestment 1-4, but were never ever discussed.

I’m applying for a PG scholarship. Applicants for postgraduate courses need to describe in brief the course or field of research he wish to follow and indicate how it will help him with the work he is expect to do on completion of his studies. Below my answer: -

MBA will help me a lot with the work I am expect to do on completion of my specialized studies. It’ll help me tremendously in my job quest. Every job requires specialize skills. There’re so limited jobs available for pure science graduates. If there’re also, most jobs involve sales function, which hardly require a highly trained person in academic value. I’m not into sales and marketing line. Most jobs involve the need of business-graduate discipline. Therefore many Science graduate have to settle for jobs which require only minimal SPM level, for example Call Centre Representative, Admin. Assistant, Telemarketer, etc. It’s a losing end as many can’t really apply what they learn and sadly they are heading back to square one.

Some who major in Accounting are now becoming as Financial Accounting Executive, Cost Accountant, Internal auditor, Taxation advisor, Business consultant, etc. Those whose MBA major in Finance could easily become Financial Controller, Fund manager, Financial Analyst, Traders, Remissier, Brokers, Portfolios Manager, etc. For MBA-relevant graduates, they can become Business manager, Management consultant, Business advisor, Admin. SHRM is a branch of Strategic Management where it helps match employee and employer's interests. Mismatch and conflict of interests lead to high turnover rate and it cost my potential company at great liabilities. I could perform coaching, training need analysis, incentive, job-rotating, tests (abilities and personalities) and regular performance appraisal on them.

Managerial economics help me to studies the economic patterns at macro-level, determining input-combination, carry out cost-benefit analysis, give valuable advice to government authorities as per required, etc. As a managerial economist, I can analyze changes in macro-economic indicators such as national income, population, business cycles, and their possible effect on the firm’s functioning. I can advise the management on public relations, foreign exchange, and trade using latest elaborative statistical tool analysis. I also can assist the management in the informed decisions pertaining to internal functioning of a firm such as changes in price, investment plans, type of goods /services to be produced, inputs factor to be used, techniques of production to be employed, expansion/ contraction of firm, allocation of capital, location of new plants, quantity of output to be produced, replacement of plant equipments, sales or inventory forecasting, etc. The most significant function of a managerial economist is to conduct a detailed research on industrial market and managerial problems, especially at normative micro-environment level. Managerial economics bridges the gap between theories and practices. Other subject areas are crucially important as well and can be applied straight away on jobs.

An MBA can teach me how to think like a business leader, train me how to understand complex business issues, dealing with real work business problems, how to think strategically in blue ocean, etc. I can bring business problems from my company to my lecturers and get lot of consultation and advices at reduced fee rates. Earning an MBA can signify to my employer that I can handle the pace of a demanding job; I have the drive, determination and time management skills to succeed. An MBA degree helps me in quickly climbing up the corporate ladder with a handsome salary package alongside a respectable designation. MBA of course increase my salary level. It’s evident where the senior level roles are being offer greater compensation, authority level, privileges and benefits. Most of the leading business organizations prefer to hire MBAs for higher management positions.

MBA is a recession proof degree where it ensures job security and high career impact. Thus, having an MBA degree assures sustainability of my job in the organization. It provides me with the cushion of switching my across industries. MBA helps to start-up my own business. It prepares me to do everything from writing a business plan to acquiring venture capital to launching an IPO. Research has shown that the failure rate for small businesses started by MBAs is about 50 percent less than the standard failure rate. A good reminder for frens out there. Don’t simply buy external keyboard or numerical keyboard pad. Buy compatible 1. Always try 1^st b4 buy. I bought & it resulted in it destroyed my aldy built-in keyboard default. Unfortunately, it’s a made in China pdt. The usb desktop keyboard brand is X-Five, pdt code: KB1006, rm14 bought from Sri Komputer, 2^nd floor, low yat. To restore back my setting, I need to “restore setting”, which is troublesome. The Centro Management’s cleaners at toilets always complain on us. But they didn’t look at theirselves. We also wanna complaint on them. D cleaners never ensure d toilets be smelly-free.

Trainers’ lady boss, Mohira, sgt tegas, & straightforward talking. We dont like her. Eg "If u don't like, get lost. Dont come to work here"

Great improvement seen. Eg, Brenda knew sum1 had complain aldy tht d class is too noisy. There’s controls.

Very efficient & practical on giving tips. B4 d test, Brenda teach all d necessary Questions-like & topics first rather than delve every topics under 1 umbrella then let us do test. In short, she just teach us d necessary knowledge to pass test. This is d 1st wat I see in her, not on other previous trainers.

Instead of teaching us first, she ask Questions straight away & we have to go through d topics ourself. Topics example Sync concepts, Unrecognized Device, etc. We prefer Brenda teach, rather than each group do presentation/vid-clip to teach us. Coz we’ll not much understand d presentation/vid-clip if they do. And those with playful & joking nature, we easily lose our interest & disbelieve on them. Confuse too. Actually we hope Lily teach us at least a topic too but she didn’t teach us a topic. Just help Brenda to navigate system. Coz we’ll learn a lot more from Lily’s pedagogy. But no much help from Lili on exam

Maybe should let e-learning available in the Net, not just Intranet, coz we could learn it off-job in our comfortable house. Given d sad condition at class. Very jargon & technical IT lingua used for v.stupid ppl like me. I hope there are explanations for every technical words used but.

Given only abt 5 iphones for 33 ppl in class, how can all refer to h/p & answer tough objective questions?

Rather than iphone, we prefer to learn on more useful OS ie Android. Or at least teach us on ipad.

Trainer hardly presented in a clear and concise manner. LC/Lily is both above average. Sheran is middle & OK. But Brenda's trainings are confusing. All in all, all trainers always too fast. Maybe I didnt know them more well enough. Sometimes trainers went too fast, we've little time to even jot down & try ourselves & ask more questions. We'd like to ask more questions but due to being scared of being thought of "Stupid; short span attentions etc" by the impatient trainers, that's why. Trainers got to be more adept in pedagogical & andrological approaches. Very unsystematic. Keep on jumping from 1 to another. Always change mind. Can easily forgot the bigger pic & go back to previous dangling topics. The technologies of Avaya soft & hard phone not really good enough. We need saunas, swimming pools, K-boxes, PS/XBox consoles, cybercafes, free-flow of hot drinks & biscuits etc to R&R. Why don’t purchase token/tickets for us to enjoy? Still got room of improvements. Equipments like various brands of smartphones & PC tablets are unavailable thus it limits our learning potential to better serve cust. There always inadequate time for hands-on practices. Course materials inadequate. We need printed course materials instead of us writing down. Esp those on static notes. Dynamic/up to dates notes no-need lah. Rooms of improvement: Buy better & higher tech phones. Pls have better management, dont jump in & out on various topics under one big umbrella aldy.

Lack of classroom management, as students too noisy on non-working matters. Can't concentrate my studies.

Brenda is d least preferable among trainers so far.. Not much learnings from her. Anyhow, she still good to me, & I hope tht these wont affect her KPIs & KRAs.

There are so many unofficial lingua (eg Tamil) in d classes. D classmates unfortunately not profesional, not highly educated or moralized & pariah. Activities Presentation of classmates are sucks & impedagogical.

Brenda esp. not so generous yet on info-sharing. It's so tough for me to be easily gave up. Thus I need great helps & patient. Trainer didnt encouraged active participation. Wana ask so many Questions, but trainer's flow doesnt allow us to interrupt & upflow our minds. Trainers unfortunately didnt presented in a clear and concise manner. The room layout wasnt conducive to learning. Air cond not centralized, thus many thin ppl imho raised/hot the temperature. Tests was so hard tht I failed both & have to retest. Areas for Improvement: Use mikes. Allow interruptions & boo-free from other annoying contemptible students. Have more trainers assts. More time!
